Not obsessed with your Love Jones fit? Bring it home with our return option!

To process a return for an order, please email us at contact@lovejonesthelabel.com. To be eligible for a refund to your original payment source, you must make return requests within a 10-day window.

Please note that the products you purchase online can be exchanged or returned ONLY online. All orders shipping outside of the UAE and Lebanon may be subject to courier and/or customs delays.

We provide exchanges or refunds for regular-priced merchandise that meets the return requirements below:

• The product must be it’s original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• The product must be free of any blemishes, marks or stains, including those caused by makeup or spray tans.

• The product must not have any noticeable odors, including those from deodorant, perfume, body odor, or laundry detergents.

• The product’s tags are still attached.

• An invoice and proof of purchase is available.

• Returns must be submitted within a 10-day window.

• Exchanges must be made within a 30-day timeframe at most.

Please bear in mind, that we will not be accepting any products returned beyond the return period limit (10 days), show signs of wear, are not in the original condition in which they were received, and proof of purchase is NOT available. 

If this scenario occurs, the package will be promptly sent back to the customer, and Love Jones will not assume responsibility for any associated shipping expenses.

Faulty Item Return 

We put a lot of effort into ensuring that every piece in our collections reaches you in impeccable condition. If you discover a fault after wearing the item, please include this information when describing the fault in the email. 

Faulty refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method once we've received the return at our warehouse. Our team will make every effort to address this matter for you as efficiently and hassle-free as possible!  

Final Sale Items & Discounts

All FINAL SALE items purchased are not eligible for refund or exchange.  

Items discounted at 25% or more are not eligible for refund or exchange.  

Items Purchased During Sale/Promotion Periods

Items purchased during sale/promotion periods that are less than 25% are eligible for refund and exchange. However, due to a high volume of orders, sale items may require a longer processing time than usual before they are shipped. The processing time may fluctuate, but we are committed to making every effort to ensure you receive your item as soon as possible!
